Delivery & Return Policies

1) Return & Refund Policy:

We will try to provide the best product by our side every single time. And we have "no questions asked refund and return policy". Hence we would not ask the buyer about the reason to return the product. The Buyer can return the product at the time of delivery if he doesn't like the product or the freshness of the product and the given amount would be returned to the customer by the same mode of payment he has paid during the placement of the order. The amount would be credited to the same account from which the transaction has been initiated within 3 to 15 days after the request of the refund.


The product is eligible for return only if it is not found to be damaged, broken, or faulty from the ordered product and the product should be returned back within 3 days of the delivery.

We do not make any cash refunds.


In case, if you have paid cash payment, we would not pay the amount in cash and will refund the money only in the bank account online of the buyer.


2) Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel the order before the delivery date for the given order.


3)    Shipping Charges:


We would charge Rs. 25/- for each order as a shipping charge and would add the amount to the final amount of the given order.


4)    Order Tracking:

We would provide you a link via SMS or by e-mail so that you can track the product online.


5) Delivery Locations:

We deliver our orders to the selected Pin Codes and areas, so the buyer checks the delivery serviceability to the given location. The customer can also call



1)    Price Policy:

The Price and taxes for all the products displayed on the website are subject to change and update from time to time without any prior notice. The prices can also change as per the conditions in the market. The products displayed on the website would be sold in Indian Rupees either at Maximum Retail Price(MRP)(inclusive of all taxes). The price mentioned during the order of the product would be charged to the customer at the time of delivery.


The price displayed on the website may not match the offline price of the product and the Customer/ Buyer should not raise any dispute for the same.


2)    Payment Policy:

India Gate provides multiple options for payment for both online and offline. And India Gate reserves the right to delete or any payment mode without any prior notice.


A.    Offline Payment Mode:


Cash on Delivery (CoD) - cash on delivery facility has been available for only register customer. The register customer should pay the given payment of the product at the time of delivery at the given location.


Food Coupons on Delivery - India Gate reserves the right to change the discount on the coupons and also has the right to remove the coupon for the orders.

We don't accept the international credit/ debit cards and also some cards that is issued by India too.




You can place your order on the website and can choose the options of payment easily. The Buyer can also apply the coupon on the particular order if it is available to the Buyer/ Customer.



This is an agreement for the customers/ buyers and it should be followed by the customers.
